Theresa's journey in the real estate industry began in 2005 when she joined a Naples firm specializing in assisting foreign buyers relocating to America. Over the years, she gained invaluable experience in helping clients from Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe start their new lives in Southwest Florida.Before joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Theresa built a successful career as one of Marco Island's top wedding and special events planners at the JW Marriott Marco Island. In 2018, Theresa took a significant step by venturing into entrepreneurship. She started her own brokerage, to include short-term rentals. By 2022, Theresa's entrepreneurial spirit continued to flourish as she met Devin and developed Marco Home Services. Her expertise uniquely positions her to create exceptional vacation experiences on Marco Island. Theresa, a dynamic professional in the real estate and hospitality industry. Beyond her professional endeavors, she thrives on a vibrant personal life. She enjoys nothing more than planning holiday decorations for her children. Originally hailing from Cleveland, Devin is a seasoned professional with an impressive 20-year track record in the dynamic realms of the restaurant, hospitality, and transportation industries. His wealth of expertise and knowledge, cultivated over two decades of dedicated service, makes him a valuable addition to our team at Marco Home Services. Devin, the lifeblood of our organization, lives by his favorite word—'done!' His skills in maintenance, home care, and transportation services showcase a multifaceted skill set that aligns seamlessly with our organization's goals. We're thrilled to have Devin on board, appreciating his quick decision-making skills, passion for home security and safety, loyalty, and dedication to our homeowners.
